Vehicle Description Great looking 1950 Wayfarer Business coupe.
Runs and drives great.
The engine is the original in-line six 230cu.
It runs very well but does smoke a little and has a small oil leak.
Trans is an original 3 speed on the column and it shifts very well with no slipping.
The brakes work very well and replaced the rear wheel cylinder seals due to a small leak.
Also replaced the rear brake pads while in there.
The tires are 15 in radials with porta-walls not true white walls.
I installed a new aluminum radiator due to the original radiator leaking but the original radiator will come with the car also.
The interior was redone by a local upholstry shop and they did an excellent job keeping the original look and tucking around the interior trim.
Brand new door seals and trunk seal was installed after the pictures were taken.
She was painted with the 1950s era US Battleship colors in mind.
This is not a professional paint job but the pictures show that the body has no rust or dents,only a couple little chips and some blemishes on the paint but overall still a nice paint job.
This is a Texas car with a clear Texas title.
I purchased the car as-is to build a hot rod but decided to go a different route so as to not cut into this original straight body car.

This is an excellent parade cruiser for a veteran to show off.
