Customer Service Representative

Our CSRs serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Job Profile:
Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ensures customer success and satisfaction in a friendly and courteous manner
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Maintains product and industry knowledge to improve performance and skill set
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Meet or exceed established performance requirements
Daily schedule management
Customer success and customer advocacy
Assisting fellow team members and other departments
Contributes to team effort by ensuring the highest possible level of customer happiness
Qualifications:
Customer Service, Great Attitude, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Critical Thinking , Multi-tasking

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
