Responsibilities:
Advise customers on how to properly operate their vehicle and the importance of maintenance.
Multi-tasking Skills.
Be able to properly schedule customers' vehicles for delivery.
Read a vehicle's service manual and make recommendations to the customer.
Adhere to standard procedures and protocols.
Answer customers' questions and be able to sell additional products and services.
Visual check on all NEW vehicles for any damages and submit to manufacture.
Maintain all vehicles for any necessary repairs and track parts daily.
Be able to explain basic powersports parts and systems to customers.
Required to wear Steel-Toes.
Available to work after closing.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

We are also hiring service advisors in our San Antonio, Austin, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa locations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
