Customer Service Loan Specialist Job:
Assess customer's loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone Maintain compliance with policies and procedures Customer Service Loan Specialist will also support Tax preparation Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
