Bachelor's Degree from four-year accredited college with major coursework in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice or Public Administration and one year of experience OR Two years' experience in emergency management operations; Any combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Valid and current Texas Driver's license Assists with the management and oversight of CVCOG Regional 9-1-1, Criminal Justice, and Homeland Security programs including oversight of Public Safety staff.
Assists staff in planning and coordinating public safety communication operations, Homeland Security Grants, the Law Enforcement Academy, Criminal Justice Grants, policies, and technology for the Regional Planning Commission.
