Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Advise customers on how to properly operate their vehicle and the importance of maintenance.
Multi-tasking Skills.
Be able to properly schedule customers' vehicles for delivery.
Read a vehicle's service manual and make recommendations to the customer based on it.
Adhere to standard procedures and protocols.
Answer customers' questions and be able to sell additional products and services to them.
Visual check on all NEW vehicles for any damages and submit to manufacture in a timely fashion.
Maintain all vehicles for any necessary repairs and track parts daily.
Be able to explain basic powersports parts and systems to customers.
Required to wear Steel-Toes.
Available to work after closing.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Previous Service experience recommended but not required.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to move around a shop atmosphere easily and perform light to moderately heavy lifting.
Will be walking and on feet most of the day.
Must have full use of hands for typing.
