Receives customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders.
Maintains daily update of production schedule and keeps customer informed about status of their job.
Essential Job Functions Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, or email regarding order details and requirements, collects production specifications for processing.
Accurately inputs pre-production data, order specification information, parameter details, and schedules dates for production and shipment.
Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
Maintains and completes assigned daily focus tasks.
Stays up to date with production changes and follows all department SOPs.
Handles inquiries for job status, estimates, new orders, changes and complaints.
Keeps salesperson informed of job status and issues after connecting with their customers.
Provides customer with shipment confirmation.
Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Carries out conduct and leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of color, design and quality.
Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer software systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
