We are looking to hire a Regional Non-profit Manager to our Central Headquarters ranch in San Angelo, TX to manage approximately 20 employees.
No equine experience is required.
Housing is not provided.
References will be required.
Qualifications:
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing employees.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Texas ranch facility, including planning, coordinating, monitoring ranch activities to ensure employees provide efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
Be able to provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Uphold and maintain a clean and organized ranch area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all personnel.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop and maintain a high-performing team Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong work ethic, proactive, and a positive attitude.
Some weekend work will be required.
You must pass a drug test.
