Must be a team player and have exceptional customer service skills.
Member Services Representatives are responsible for handling member transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The successful candidate should possess computer knowledge and be familiar with a variety of office machines.
Applicants must be comfortable interacting with members in person and by telephone.
Cash handling experience is required.
Must be dependable and available to work flexible hours as needed.
