You will become an expert in one of product service lines and master either Hydraulic Fracturing, Wireline, or Cement in a fixed-step training program.

Apply today and we look forward to elevating your career! Position Summary As a Field Engineer in Training, you will learn firsthand the necessary daily activities to perform well operations in one of our service lines.
Your training will be done predominantly on wellsite locations with an emphasis on hands-on training.
Training will begin with safe equipment maintenance and operating procedures and progress through classes, onsite, and at the lab.
The final phase of training will take place in the in the field under the supervision of a mentor engineer or supervisor.
You will learn the equipment operating and data analyzing software used to complete our services.
Key Accountabilities o Learn wellsite safety o Learn major components of equipment o Learn proper operating procedures for equipment o Assist equipment operators with maintenance.
o Assist equipment operators with daily duties.
o Learn all completion fluid systems.
Assist Operators/Engineers and Operations Engineers with pre-job testing and set up.
o Learn equipment operating and stimulation software.
o Assist engineer in material & chemical ordering.
o Assist engineer in completing a stimulation, wireline, or cement job.
Communicate frequently with mentor and your supervisor.
o Learn Company integrated completions equipment while on location.
Learn Company Standard Operating Procedures and become familiar with data acquisition and modeling systems.
o Comply with all Company safety rules and Company policies.
Attend project team and technical review meetings at the district level, as possible.
o Learn and maintain good knowledge of oilfield chemistry.
o Perform all other job duties assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities o Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, Excel, MS Word, etc o Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Required Experience and Education o Bachelors Degree in Engineering required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
